She is Brave...

Hi everyone,

I have another layout to share using the latest "cupcake kit!".

I have once again used all the fabulous papers in the kit, most of which were offcuts from my last layout! Gotta love using up scraps!
This layout is about a very dear friend of mine and fellow DT member Nat May. I won't go into all the details here as if you are interested she has shared her journey on her blog. But Nat has had a battle of late and has just come through the other side. I had recently created an art journal type layout for her to place in her album and I had used similar photos. She has been so gracious, inspirational and so strong in this journey and I wanted to created a layout about her bravery.
So here it it. I haven't journalled as I felt the photos and title were enough.

I began with adding some gelatos to my background and added some machine stitching. I then took off cuts and scraps of the papers from the kit and added to my background. 

I highlighted them with the gelatos once again. 

I have added some chipboard circles made by 2 Crafty chipboard, and some Cosmo Cricket word stickers to my page as well as some enamel dots and Studio Calico star stickers.
