Hey guys
How has your week been?
Managed to get any creating done?
Today I'm showing a page I created using the Jewel Sentiments Cut Files and the November Cupcake kit
I wanted to cut some shapes into the background and this file was perfect.
I took the file of the two triangles duplicated them a few times to create the background I was after and the set it to cut.
I used snippets of the gorgeous Heidi Swapp paper and adhered them behind each cut out to add some colour.
I decided it needed a little splash of ink so I used the Prima Ink pad, made a little puddle of ink, added a generous amount of water and them splattered it onto my background!
I used the 'together' cut file from the Gather Together Cut Files released this month and inked it also in the Blue Prima Ink!
Thanks for sropping by ... Have a great weekend!

some detail photos so you can see how I used the gold stickers to create my own embellishments.
Hope this inspires you to get creativity this weekend.

Friday Favourites - Felicity Wilson - Fabulous
Hello!
I am back again today to share with you a page featuring one of my favourite things from the October main kit.
the Shimelle sticker book!
I was in love with so many of the stickers that I didn't want to use them!! tee hee.
TIP: when I use stickers, I always stick them first on to cardstock, (generally white), then I cute them out. This way it allows me to move the sticker around and also add foam tape to the back of them to lift them off the page.
"Fabulous"
And a few close ups so can see the layers that I have created!
Hope you get to do a little creativity this weekend!
PS my November is in m studio!! I know what I am doing!!
Happy weekend! XO

Thoughtful thursday - Felicity Wilson - Cards
Hello Friends!
The silly season is almost upon us, and I cant wait. I love this time of the year, all the excitement of the 'man in red', end of school year celebrations and lots of family time. Very special time.
We have still a few birthdays in the house before the 'big day' and thank you's for teachers to hand out, so I have been spending a little time preparing more cards, so that I am ready to enjoy to the festive season.
I have used the October main kit for these little cute cards.
"somewhere"
"today"
Hope this inspires you today to make those cards, because nothing beats a handmade card, right?

Pretty Little Girls ....
Good morning
Natalie here on this sunny Wednesday sharing another page I created with the Main kit from October!
For this page I added a little Golden Light Modeling Paste to my white
cardstock to give it a little dimension and a few splatters of mist as well.
I love this photo of Jessica and her friend Lillian trying on my shoes ... mind you,
both of them nearly fit into the shoes ...
I used the alphas in the kit and coloured them with Wild Honey Distress Paint to
match the layout a little better.
Loving the result.
Thanks for stopping by
